Living on a farm with its bountiful harvest plus living in Italy with the most superb ingredients imaginable, coupled with our shared love of cooking and eating - we have managed to create some very memorable dishes and meals. Some of these we’d like to share and hope that you try them, experiment with them and let us know your results.
